Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 2-7 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

What this means:

• Processing & Shipping Time: Your order will be picked, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Order Placement Timing: Orders placed after our daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Not Including Delivery Time: This timeframe covers only the time to prepare and ship your order. Actual delivery time depends on your shipping method, carrier, and destination (typically an additional 2-10 business days for standard shipping, longer for international orders).

Additional Notes:

• Expedited processing or shipping options may be available at checkout for faster service.
• In rare cases (ex. high order volume, backordered items or unforeseen circumstances), shipping may take up to the full 7 business days.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor it's progress.
