RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues — sizing charts are provided for every product.

Defective items are the only exception.

Email Support@hallowedheart.store with photos of the defective item and your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. We will resolve it promptly.

Requirements for defective returns:

  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, and free of odors
  • Must be in original packaging with tags still attached
  • Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise qualifies as defective. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank. We do not offer store credit — all refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
